What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 3-business day cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 3 business days in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 3 business days’ notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100 for the initial appointment and $50 for follow-up appointments.
