Dr. Denae Rickenbacker, MD, PC (CedarParkPsych) is pleased to announce the consolidation of her practice with Brian S. Earthman, MD at Cedar Park TMS. Her final day providing services from her current office will be December 3, 2025.
Beginning December 4, 2025, all patient care, scheduling, and clinical services will transition to Cedar Park TMS, where patients will continue to receive comprehensive psychiatric care, including medication management, TMS therapy, and related services.
As part of this consolidation, all medical records currently maintained under Cedar Park Psych will transfer to and be securely maintained by Dr. Brian S. Earthman, who will serve as Custodian of Records.

Effective December 4, 2025, all requests for copies of medical records should be directed to the custodian listed above. Requests may be submitted by mail, secure fax, or through the custodian’s designated records portal or email.
In accordance with Texas law, all record requests will be fulfilled within 15 business days.
If you would like your records sent to a provider other than Dr. Earthman, please submit a written authorization identifying the new recipient. A standard authorization form is available upon request. Disclosures to treating professionals for continuity of care may also be made as permitted by law.
